Since u already hv HDD,Monitor,UPS n Keyboard n Mouse u need CPU+MoBo+RAM+PSU.
Athlon II X2 250 - 3.2k
Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H - 4.5k
2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2.3k
FSP Saga 400W - 2k
any generic cabinet - within 1k
Total should be within 13k.
If u wanna further reduce the cost u can go for Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 @ 2.7k

If u can't find or dun like to go for FSP u can go for Gigabyte Superb 460W @ 2.1k!!

@ssb,
x3 is cheaper these days. change processor to x3 435 @ 3.5k..2.3k is the price of g.skill rams. kingston at 2.1k will do. the psu is saga II. as gigabyte mobo is in his budget why get that cheap board..also as his budget is 14k, get a better cabby such as elite 310..

At your budget, you won't be able to get any Core i3 or Core i5 solution. All you can get is Pentium G series processors which are outperformed by the AMD Athlon II X2 and X3 processors.
So better opt opt for AMD.

Hi cilus ,i think i will go for AMD Athlon II X3 . one quick question, even if i invest on i3 or i5 it will be of no use as i am NOT into games or any high end softwares..it will be wastage of money ..right?

Buying core i3 is not wastage of money, it is also a good processor. But ya, since you are not in games, the price is not justified.
And don't think Athlon II X3 is slower or something, it is also very good in performance in applications and games.

^^ :agreed: i3 is really VFM processor but unfortunately not the motherboards. selling out 4.5-5.5k for an entry level board is no joke. for little more AMD boards comes equipped with Sata3 & USB3. not to mention build quality is better. also at OP's budget max he'll get i3 + H55 + 2Gb DDR3. will run out of money by time Cabby & PSU are added.

yup. i think H57 do. now think an entry level board that support RAID costs 6k & above. BTW the H series support Xfire & SLI? seen many mATX boards jam packed with 2*PCIe slots.

Thinks that should be Gigabyte and DDR3 (In bold)

1) Yes, Benq G2220HD 22" @ 7500 OR G2420HD 24" @ 10500
2) No
3) Yep

both make solid mobos...but if asus is handled by rashi...then i wont suggest asus but both are gud.

just make sure that u only go for a good efficient PSU like Gigabyte 460w.......avoid cooler master at all costs.
