please help i m going to buy a tv from dubai

hi this is himanshu touching u for ur valuable suggestions..
one of my friend is going to dubai for a trip this january.. i m planning to buy a samsung LED or PLASMA tv ranging from 40-46 inches.. please tell me which one should i go for and what is d procedure to take the piece in dubai and bring it to india(gujarat)..it will be great if u can tell me prices of some models in INR which i will bring from dubai..thanks..himanshu

My friend got Samsung 46EH500 from there, and its quite long now, I guess more than 6months. And that time that was just introduced in India and was not widely available here, he got it for 35k from there.
There is no as such procedure, you don't need to pay any customs on a TV that costs you equal or less than 35k for more than that you need to pay customs.
As you friend is going in Shopping festival season, he will get very good offers during that time and try if you can get 46ES5600 for around 35k.That is the best non 3D model and also you get International warranty if you buy a Samsung LED TV from there.
