planning to buy..under 9k

i am planning to buy a QWERTY, GPS , 3G and preferably an android based cell-phone, under 9k. please suggest one..

i have come across micromax A78, motorola fire, LG Optimus Pro C660..how are these?
also i have heard that micromax phones are not good in terms of longevity and service...is that a misconception?

micromax phones are crap, please don't buy them.
If you want a android then HTC Explorer is the best phone and it costs 8k.But its not qwerty.

Will a 600MHz processor in Motorola Fire make it slow?...and what about LG Optimus pro C660?

600Mhz procc is sufficient but the main problem is the 256MB ram which is not sufficient.
