Phone under 10k !!

I am planning to buy a phone under 10k
Which is the best option ??
LG Optimus One or samsung galaxy 551 or Acer Liquid Mini or Xperia mini ??
Is it worth extending my budget to buy the HTC Wildfire ??
What about the motorola Quench and flipout ??

And anyone please post about the Acer Liquid Mini-looks good!

My current choice is though the Optimus One

i think you just want Android mobile, so

Good buy:
LG Optimus One (no flash in camera, 9-9.5k)
Acer Liquid Mini (mayn't get updated to Gingerbread)

Bad Buy:
HTC Wildfire (pathetic low resolution, slow processor & less ram. still cost 12k)
Motorola Quench (looks bad, Android 2.1, less ram & it isn't a motorola product. rather some rebranded mobile)
Motorola Flipout (just another overpriced toy)
SE Xperia X10 mini (Android 2.1, small screen & still overpriced)
