^ Click on Autofix, click on Open File for analysis and then from the select the file, rightclick on it and select Delete. Otherwise try 8-X Kill.

hello dic_junkie
i don't think it is trojan or malware

that file contains the following data

Checking file system on H:
The type of the file system is FAT.

One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
that you continue.
Windows will now check the disk.
Volume Serial Number is 7375-AB5B
Windows has checked the file system and found no problems.

2054881280 bytes total disk space.

^ If that file is causing problems, then I think you should delete it. It may not be a trojan or malware but it has made your drive write-protected. Delete it.

Also check if there is a small switch in the pen-drive. In many pen-drives, it is used to make the drive write-protected. Therefore if you find one, fix that.

i cannot delete even that file.It shows the pendrive is write protected.

no der is no switch.the file itself is causing the trouble.

Try this,

*discussions.hardwarecentral.com/archive/index.php/t-165987.html

It is done for C: but you should do the same for your pen drive.

Also did u try the steps in Post #5.

Coming back to life ..
bootex.log is created when your disk is scanned at boot time. (Remember "A disk scan is scheduled for checking the consistency of data" prompt that comes up during boot time which you can cancel by pressing a key.

@ rahul_kmr007 - if you are using linux try formating it from there Or just delete the file from linux. If you don't have linux installed use any live distro.
