PC temp too high ! ( gfx , mobo , processor)

m using this config
amd phenom x4 945
ddr3 4 gb ( 2 x 2 )
W.D 500 gb
MSi hd6850 1gb
----------

My idle temp of gfx card is 47 C @ 0 GPu usage
processor temp is 38 C

is it normal ?
while the temp while gaming is normal -
gfx 70 C
processor 55 C

...
do i need to worry about the Idle temp ?
my case (zebronics bijli) has a total of 4 fans || 1 front , 2 side 1 back ||
it is properly ventilated
during winters, my idle temp was gfx- 35 , process 25 , and while gaming it was gfx 65-70 and processor 50 ..

it is perfectly normal and under safe levels
i have a similar config and similar temps no worries
GFX 70c@load is no need to tear your hair about
but, wait for more senior members to reply and put your mind at ease if i have failed to do so
