pc start up problem..urgent need

frnds i got
intel i5 2400,
intel dh67cl,
corsair cx430 psu
thermal take wingrs201 cabinet
4 gb corsair ram

yesterday i assembled it and now power is coming into mobo since standby light is blinking but pc is not booting help me in this

Refit the RAM(switch the sticks around) and also the processor if only RAM doesn't help.

i've kept ram in dimm 1 slot but not working
actually power leakage is also there,steel parts in whole cabinet is having power supply,and its giving shocks also

You don't have proper earthing buddy. I think the components are already dead due to that . Try refitting the RAM in DIMM 2. Also check if the 12V CPU power supply cord is connected. (its above the CPU socket).

i have resolved the problem one problem that is usb socket in cabinet which is causing power supply in cabinet

but still mobo is not booting

i have doubt on cabinet,i bought this in overclockerszone.com is that good

What you have done?
I would suggest you ro RMA the PSU at first and then think about other components.

@ cgowthamkumar - first make sure your house has proper earthing.

Next step : just take everything out of the cabby - place the mobo on a table - connect only the PSu, VGA cable and keyboard with it and try to start the pc by shorting the start header pins of the mobo using a screwdriver.

Forget the PC & Check Earthing of House. Family People can get a shock anywhere. Don't risk it.
