pc gamepad wired/wireless

i want to buy a pc gamepad, please suggest me some good ones. i wanted to buy xbox wireless one but the pc dongle for it is as expensive as the controller(checked ebay) so abandoned the plan.
budget is 2k but i can save extra bucks for some other use so suggest something that is value for money.

Get the XBOX wired controller for 1.5k, best bet in your budget. Been using it for last 3 months..
