As you plan to get 5800K, higher frequency RAM will increase graphics performance. Thus I would suggest you to get the third one:

Is there any alternative for Asus F2A85-M-LE Mobo that costs around 4K?coz Asus F2A85-M-LE @ 5.7K makes the budget above 40K

I havent had time to run any benchmark yet as I have been travelling a lot ever since I built this but my WEI is 4.6 only and I have seen people scoring close to 7 with this config so I am trying to figure out whats causing this. I read somewhere that RAM in dual channel config helps whereas I have only a single 8 Gb stick.
