Just clear one thing to me: The budget of 35K is excluding the Monitor or you want another monitor for a different setup?

Want monitor for another rig, that 11 k is entire different not related to designing rig, 35 k and 11k are separate pcs..budget of two can't be combined or mix matched.

35k includes monitor...11 k monitor is for another setup...basically buying two monitors for two different PCs.

Could you increase your budget to say, at least 40K? 3D Studio needs reasonably good processing power and for that you need a good CPU + Processor combination. It is little difficult to include everything at this budget for 3DMax PC.

Here is some overview of the config:-

AMD Phenom II X6 1075T @ 7.6K
Asus M5A-88M AM3+ @ 5.2K
Corsair Value Select 4GB X 2 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 2.4K
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB HDD @ 4.1K
LG 22X SATA DVD R/W @ 0.85K
AOC E2251FW 22" IPS Panel LED Display @ 8.05K
MSI HD 6770 1 GB GDDR5 @ 6.3K
Normal Cabinet w/o SMPS @ 0.8K
Corsair CX 430 V2 PSU @ 2.2K
Altec Lancing BX1121 Speaker @ 1K
APC 600VA UPS @ 2K

Total: 38.5K

880 series is better and feature rich mobo. They are designed for the AM3 processors whereas 700 series was originally designed for AM2+ processors, the 1st gen Phenom processors. Later support has benn added for the Phenom II series or AM3 series through some BIOS modifications and sometime minor hardware upgrade.

Now 1075T is a pretty powerful processor and has a TDP of 125W. It is not recommended to use these processors with lower VRM or cheaper boards as it significantly reduce the overclocking potential and sometimes even the Turbo Boost feature (3.5 GHz in case of 1075T).
