and yea. I'm going to buy a coolermaster cpu cooler.
and I would still stick to the nVidia Quadro 4000. Because these graphic cards are made for rendering purpose only. I will get faster rendering outputs than the amd 7870 or 7950.

I can not but a dell U2412 that you suggested because it will increase my budget. I will stick to dell U2312.

What is the difference b/w the mother board you suggested and vicky suggested ?

why r u going for z68 mobo, go for z77 mobo. In ur mobo budget u can fit a z77 mobo and it will support that cpu (2600k)too.

I would suggest the following spec decide if feasible.

Intel i7 2700k ( Overclockable)
Asus z77 deluxe edition if possible Go for maximux series(18-20K)
Gskill 8gb 1600 x 2(8K)
Corsair 120gb ssd sata 3(8K)
2tb usb 3.0 segate or westerndigital(8K)
cooler master half x or corsair obsidion 550D(8-10k)
CPU COOLER corsair H100( 7-8K)
smps gs800 or 850 if sli or crossfire ( As of QUadra card 800 watts should be sufficient)
Keyboard and mouse 5k Logitech g100 and gs400
UPS apc 1.1 kva

I suggest SSD which is must for extreme speed and much usefull for animation. Use some medium storage or external usb 3.0 1tb or so for demanding storage needs. Only usb 3.0 based hdd can co-operate or use the maximum speed transfer.

As far the audio card if possible get d2x or dx should be suffice.
