Explain your preference for "1 PCIe X16 and 1 PCIe x8".... will you be going for dual GPU system? If so, is the second card to be bought now or later?
These are essential things to consider for choosing the graphix card(s) & power supply

and please mention that whether your budget is 45k excluding monitor or including monitor.
also remember that cabinet, power supply, Keyboard and Mouse which you have excluded from your main budget would cost around 7k....

to support multiGPU you'll require a good 600-650W (minimum). so minimum you should get is Corsair VX550W (if going for 2 X HD5770) or TX650W (2* high end card).

If u r looking for multi u shud not bother to look below 600w straight 650-750-850w series of Corsair,Tagan,Coolermaster(real power)...will satisfy us system.

^^ look dude in every quater of the year technology changes new mobo ,proccyand wat not but the only thing that does not change is the power supply....it basically stays the same ...premium quality ones will cost but will serve u better in the long run... as compared to local ones so why not invest in premium ones then regret later...well thats jus my opinion....

Considering you want i5 760 & dual GPU system:
i5 760: 9.6k
MSI P55-GD65: 7.8k (supports both SLI/CFX)
Corsair DDR3 @1333/1600 CL9 2x2GB: 4.5k
Seagate/WD 1TB: 3k
Creative T6100/T6160: 3.5k

Depending on how much LED monitor costs (I leave that to others), get:
HD 5770 normal/Hawk: 8.6/9.4k

IMO, Better to increase the budget and get:
Zotac/MSI (cyclone OC) GTX 460: 12.6k/13.6k

Get Corsair VX550 (4.8K) for 5770 & TX650 (6k) for the latter

^^ as u have suggested MSI mobo bt i was thinkin of some Intel (media or extreme) are those not dat worth..???
Sorry buddy, no idea about Intel... MSI/Gigabyte packs a lot of great customizations to their board while Intel gets on a more simplified approach.
So, I generally prefer the former two. Moreover these have variety of models and a lot easier to find in market.

yeah i have dat VIP 600W supply(i hope dat wud b fine)..

main issue is wid mobo and GPU:?:
tha should be fine!
actually i wont be purchasing anoder GPU till 1 yr.. so i think wid 1GPU VIP600W will be fine.. wht do u say??
the power supply would hold till you buy another GPU but when you decide to buy another one, better upgrade you SMPS then also!

so this means your total budget is 45 + 10 = 55k..
i5 760 is a great choice for photoshop and gaming..

Intel Core i5 760 @ 9.8k
MSI P55 GD65 @ 7.9k
2 * 2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 5k
Zotac GTX460 1GB GDDR5 @ 12.7k
WD 500GB Blue @ 2k
Corsair TX650W @ 6.3k
NZXT GAMMA @ 2k
BenQ 22" G2220 LCD @ 7.5k
Creative Inspire T6160 @ 3.7k

Total - 56.9k

corsair 650w will give you sli capabilities in future. no need to spend first around 3k for now on vip 600w and another 6k later on some better psu.

i think he has already got the VIP 600W SMPS, so he doesn't need to buy a new SMPS for now!!!!
also the NZXT Gamma isn't available in here!

No benefit in buying LED Backlit monitors, unnecessary extra expenditure. Stick to normal LCDs. And you can trust creative speakers. Sound quality never degrades in any speaker.

Dell IN 2020 20" LED is there for 6.6k but let others reply for monitor...

there is nothing to reduce in that config..this mobo you need as it will give you x8 x8 sli in future, ram is needed that much, gtx460 is the min you need for good gaming, tx650w is needed for SLI in future...this is minimum i5 760

also if you go AMD 1055t @ 9.5k you still need MSI NF980 G65 mobo @ 7.5k as you will SLI in future. thus better get i5 760 as it performs better in photoshop and gaming.

about speakers creative give no probs...
