AMD is not recommended at this budget. Better if he opts a SandyBridge i5 config.
Its better than AMD hexa core.

Any day, more cores will be better for rendering. But still if OP thinks SB will overtake X6, then here you go

Core i5 2500k @ 11k
And get a B3 rev mobo from ASUS/Gigabyte

As far as PhysX is concerned, it is nothing more than a gimmick. Only 4-5 games have utilized it properly in the last two years.

You have MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Fozr which is equally good compared to HD 6950.

any sub 5k-6k card which implies CUDA will be enough
consider GTS 450
it will be enough for ur need if u dont wanna game seriously

AND there are professional cards present in the market too that will concentrate on ur requirements

@manab_bikash

In that case gtx 560 is the best card for your budget. 3ds max and autodesk maya do have physx support.

Check out Msi Gtx 560 twin frozr II @ 15.4k
from smc international. Check with your local dealer too and ask him about msi gtx 560 cards.

@piyush

I guess op will game at fullhd too. Gts 450 won't cut it.

^^do he really require to spend 15 k for this work
he can get a professional card which should be better for his requirements in less than 15k

^^ Professional cards from nvidia will cost a bomb. Way more expensive than amd firegl & firepro. And he won't benefit from firegl or firepro cards because he wants PHYSX to work on particles in autodesk maya and he mentioned full hd gaming as well.

Check the template properly. Imo 560 will be the perfect card for the budget.
