You gotta be kidding me!!Right? How do you expect us to know what the prices will be after 4 months??Since you are gonna buy the rig in May I would suggest you to start a thread in mid-April.
Also as this is a new rig don't get CM extreme.Go for Corsair/Seasonic.
Moreover by May Sandybridge will be available everywhere in the country & also prices would have come down too.So go for Intel.

There has always been a war between Intel and AMD core processors. But i have been using AMD for so long and it never caused me any problem be it while surfing, playing games or running large applications. So i go to vote for AMD Phenom II X4 965BE

you would want to buy a 64 bit os as they are priced same.why would you want to lmit such a powerful rig to 4 gb ram?

so get 64 bit os so you can fill up as much ram as ur mobo support.
