get a 5770 for 7.5k~. will be more futureproof. and rest everything is fine.
that board wont be available easily. alternate is Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H or Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H.

Sunny10, listen to mailme.manju's suggestion. DDR3 rap price is decreasing and anythime you can add it to your system. So get better processor, say Phenom II 955. It has a large 6 MB of cache and unlocked multiplier. SO can oced to a very extent.

i want help as my friend is also going to buy a new pc for 25k but he wants an intel configuration.so please give some suggestion.

Yes, Manju is true.
But if really intel needed then you can go for intel i3-2100 + intel dh67bl combo at 11.5k. Rest config is the same as manju listed above. But i think it will overshoot ur budget by 1k - 2k more.
But though i3-2100 is a dual core but it has HT which means 4 logical cores and it will perform like a quad core. Also in system manager it will show as a quad core proccy. Its is based on latest 32nm platform unlike the AMD 45nm platform so surely lot cooler than former AMDs. But still the AMD Phenom combo suggested above by manju will be a little better as its a real Quad Core.
