oracle 9i management server

Can anyone help me in setting up Management server in Oracle 9i?
I have used sysman and oem_temp as user name and password, but its not working.
My PC is a standalone one with windows XP, 256 RAM..

Ur PC def will die if you set up Oracle management Server. It need 1gig RAM my friend. It involves setting up a management server and DB on the same machine. Hell ur PC cant even handle the standalone let alone the Oracle management Server.
