OnePlus One not booting

Hi Guys, Need help

I was on CM12.1 and TWRP recovery.

Today I flashed cm-13.0-ZNH0EAS2JK-bacon-signed.zip through TWRP 2.8.6 and now my phone is not going past CM boot logo.

The boot logo animation of "Cyanogen Mod ready" is keeps on displaying :(

I didn't not enabled USB debugging earlier.
I can still boot into TWRP.

Note: I followed this guide and the downloading url for ROM
Download Cyanogen OS 13.0.1 (6.0.1) Full Zip On OnePlus On

*builds.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/cm-13.0-ZNH0EAS2JK-bacon-signed-e7fe1f7ac5.zip

How can I fix this issue.

How did you exactly flash CM13?That article made me laugh he clearly don't know to how to flash a ROM.
Plz follow these steps
1)boot into twrp go to wipe
2)wipe cache,data,system,dalvik.
3)go to install select rom then select Gapps flash
4)clear dalvik and cache
5)Reboot.

This is best 6.0.1 rom for one plus one.

^^that article said "it will not wipe any data or your files from the phone".

i directly selected the install zip option in TWRP and flashed.

the gapps flash will need a separate zip file if I'm not wrong :ligthbulb_NF:

That is a very wrong way to flash. Clean flash is always recommended.

Yes,Gapps is different zip file.

But how do i add new ROM file as I am not able to access it on PC and also USB debugging was not enabled :(
In that case you need to do it via fastboot method.

EDIT: do you still have access to TWRP?

EDIT2: you should be able to install it via a OTG drive. I have MultiROM Twrp installed v 3.0.0 and it shows me two sources viz, internal and otg

I'm currently in office and cannot access few sites, will be home at 11 PM.
in the mean time check if TWRP shows OTG and do a little digging on XDA.

Yes. correct, copy ROM to a pendrive and using a OTG cable you can install it on your phone.

Hmm..will try that.

one thing i forgot to mention is that when I downloaded the ROM the file was saved as in JAR format and I renamed it to Zip, but i can see the contents inside.
I hope that won't be a problem :thinking_NF:

That's a mess.

Just install Bacon Root Toolkit on your laptop. Connect your phone to the laptop in Fastboot mode. Choose install stock ROM, soft bricked phone.

That software will download latest ROM and install it on the Oneplus One. That is the best way.

Thank you guys for all the support...
the issue is resolved now
RCuber : I tried with OTG and the phone got booted :cool_NF:

The issue was after installing ROM...TWRP asks to install SuperSu and runs a script and that was the main problem when I bypassed the SuperSu installation..all worked nicely

Now i have few doubts :

Q 1: Should I restore the data (backed up earlier) from TWRP..will it work or crash the OS ?

Q 2: Should I flash the stock recovery instead of TWRP as OTA updates don't work on TWRP ? btw flashing recovery will wipe out data, correct ?

1. No, it would again crash the OS.
2. I do get OTA (CM) and im on MultiROM Twrp.
