Not Opening Default Homepage

i set *google.com as the default homepage of I.E.7 ... but when i click I.E, it opens *go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=54834 not google. pls help

let the link fully open.. and it will help you customize your browser.. once it gets customized you will not get that screen again.. just dont forget to press the save button at the end of the page to save the settings and then everytime your homepage will open and not this site..
