nokia - radio - not allowed !!! problem

i need help i am having problem with a nokia mobile 3200

when u select radio it is saying "not allowed" same when connectiong headset.

it was working fine 5 minutes before then the local electrition took it for 5 minutes he returned it saying i didnt do anything and now. its not allowing radio

someone help

the headset was working fine before the problem and is working fine on another 3200 mobile

The only way you can try fixing the problem is :

* Master Reset

Try this option and check it out. Good if you have not changed many setting, as it wud reset all ur settings and bring back default phone setting and there is a chance where your radio could work back smoothly !
