Nokia n82 music library problem

Hey guys,i have a problem with my n82 phone for some time now...the problem is whenever i sync music via data transfer from computer to phone..it does the job but when i refresh my library,it keeps going on & on without showing anything...what should i do?my phone is 2 years old,so no warranty but will nokia care bother to see my phone??Also will they update the firmware

Perform a "factory restore" ritual
If problem isn't resolved - update your firmware using Nokia Software Updater, (I think) you will find it in PC suite.

Delete the folder !:\private\101ffc31

If it doesn't help then I am afraid it is time to Hard Reset your phone, if you don't want to do that use any 3rd party Music Player.There are so many and better than the inbuilt one.
You can go for TTPOD, POWER MP3, KD PLayer, LCG JUKEBOX and many others.

Nokia will update the firmware or repair your phone but with a charge...
if u have idea abt how to update the firmware then u can do it @ home..provided u have good bandwidth internet.
