dnt mind buddy, but Nokia's resale value is aweful. I have tried to find out price of my N85 and priority dealer said 7K is all what he can give.

the best way would be to exchange at a mobile shop for whichever phone you want to buy . i saw someone selling a n95 for 3.5 k online.

But as the stores have to sell it, they are not offering much. Max is 3.5K. So, it is better to sell it directly. And frankly, 7K is good price for this one. I would have gone for a N79 at this price given the current condition

Buddy trust me 7k for a N79 seems higher. Just think what you will get with 7k today. My guess it should be priced at Rs. 5-5.5 k max. Sorry if I hurt you.

Nope.
7k is pretty good pricing for this phone. It has a good set of features and even a brand new phone, sealed n packed with warranty will command a solid 10k easily.

Keep it as your secondary phone rather than sell it at a ridiculously low price. I was looking to sell my own N79 (1 yr 3 months old) but it made no sense at the prices being offered for it.

i got a white model with me and its a tremendous phone if u ask me.
Dont expect the fancy stuff an android/latest 'device' will do.. but if u r looking at a 'phone' with features.. N79 still packs a punch.

but as time passes by, getting this price will be difficult. I am trying to sell off my N85 as soon as possible (so that I can get an Android, most prolly Nexus S)

I am thinking about holding it back. I liked the xperia pro. will wait for that one. lot better than wave II. and like cl@w said, no point selling it, can use as my sec mobile
