Is it better than E61i.
I am planning to buy E61i.
But if this is better then i may go for it.

E61i has a larger display and full qwerty keypad, so i think its better.

I don't know. I bought an htc S710 from poorvika a couple of weeks back. I just paid the amount mentioned in the website across the counter. That price was incl VAT.
