Nokia 7210 problem

hello,
i own a nokia 7210. it is recently showing an error when i try to open my sms inbox- ""Message storage memory not ready"...also, i cant send any sms or am i receiving any sms. i tried switch it off-on: but no help. even i reset factory settings: it also didnt help..
however, i can make calls..
plz help me...

^ how about updating the firmware ?
or try changing the sim card or memory card
sounds weird problem to me

ya, thanks..
just cudnt solve it by myself: tried putting another SIM, updating firmware via internet (PC suite), restoring factoring settings, deleting files in sms inbox: but to n avail.
so, gave the phone at repairs at Nokia priority dealer: they did something and the phone became alive within seconds: also, they didnt take any charge for it.
