No burning of CDs overnight...

hello ppl.... i ve got this problem all of a sudden... my dvd combo drive can read DVDs and CDs but has stopped burnin CDs over night. I tried to burn a movie on a CD and it showed the error. (Unknown burn phase)... i have atached the log report as a text file..... can u please help me out...

does tht mean i ve got a hardware malfunction...???? my drive writes and erases CDRW but not CDs... isn't tht spooky???
