On that price, Seasonic SS 750-JS is available which is a more powerful PSU. It is available in Theitwares.com @ 5.45K.

Ah, I went ahead and ordered Corsair PSU. I thought 650W would be enough? Also ordered the following things:

Intel i5 2500k
Asus P8Z77-M PRO
Coolermaster 690 II Advanced USB 3.0
Dell U2312HM
Corsair TX650 (I told him that I would only buy if he can give me for around 5.8k. He will confirm tomorrow)

Now, should I go for Gigabyte 7870 or MSI 7870 Twin Frozr or wait for 660Ti? I plan to use Linux too. So should I stick to Nvidia?

@N@M@N Read this article first: HIS Radeon HD 7750 & HD 7770 CrossFire Review | techPowerUp
AND 2 HD 7770s perform almost equal to a 7950 at almost 10k less!

Never ever go for Crossfire/SLI of two low-end cards. Single card always. Less hassles and out-of-the-box performance,

Need to buy UPS. Thinking of this one: Buy APC | APC Back UPS 660 Watts/1100 VA | Buy UPS

I don't want the input connection to be like in the image. Would I get the normal input board (2-3 pin) or the one shown in the image? Any idea?

It will be normal Indian 3 pin plugs, don't worry! I've bought the same UPS from that dealer. You can buy it without any doubts.

It is better to get a Single RADEON HD 7870 than
2x HD 7770 .
HD 7870 = 22K
HD 7770 x 2 = 20.8K .
Price of ATI Radeon 7700 Graphics Cards in India
Open this link.
OC'ed HD 7770s from Gigabyte and MSI are costing about 18k. Not 20.8k.
So not only OP will be able to save 4k. He will get the performance of a sub 30k card.
Or he can even opt for two HD 6850s. *www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-5.html Though they will consume more power but it will provide much better performance at the same price point.

Received the following:

Dell U2312HM
CM 690 II USB 3.0
Corsair TX650 V2

Should receive 2500k and ASUS P8Z77 M Pro by tuesday. The monitor is amazing. Shifting from 15 inch laptop screen to this. Amazing.

Can you guys please suggest a cheap but good mouse? I don't think I want to spend Rs. 1500 on Logitech G300. I game but not hardcore. So a good cheap mouse should do. Budget is 600-700. Also, it should work without mousepad and almost on every kind of surface.

So Which GPU are you planing to buy?
Go for MSI twin Fozr Edition Because there Custom cooler is one of the Best in the Series and if you want more juice for Gaming use MSI AfterBurner Software for OCing the card

Lol, I don't have guts to buy the GPU right now. Spent way too much. I am thinking of waiting for 660ti. But might go with Gigabyte 7870 because that is cheaper than MSI and almost same performance? Flipkart doesn't have Gigabyte 7870. Anyone know where I can buy one?
