^^Get a 990FX based motherboard from Gigabyte/ASUS/Biostar (depending on your budget). Instead of 1333MHz, grab the 1600MHz preferably RipjawsX.

The config is pretty good but I'll suggest couple of changes. ?There is no need for 16 GB ram, 8 GB is enough, in fact more than enough. Recently a Toms Hardware review proved that Bulldozer performance slightly increases with the high speed Memory, so suggesting you this one:
G-skill RipjawX 2133 MHz F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL (4GB X 2) @ 5.9K
GSKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL
Otherwise get this:
F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL (4GB X1 1600 MHz) X 2 = 3.052K
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL) | Ram | Flipkart.com.

Motherboard is pretty good unless you are going for Multi-GPU setup.

For PSU, pick up SeaSonic SS-750JS 750W 80 PLUS @ 5.44K
SeaSonic SS-750JS 750W 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

For Cooler, pick up Deepcool ICEEDGE 400 XT @ 2.013K which is probably slightly better than 212 EVO.
