new mobile..what to buy? EMERGENCY!!

hey guys i wanna buy a new cellphone not too fancy and not too basic please. my budget is around 7~8k
i want a good camera and a nice display..it would be very great if it is android..i wanted 3G and wi-fi and all too please..please help me fast i need to buy it within 1-2 days.
