New laptop budget 30-35k

^For keeping the temps under control for laptops. But they will make a difference of max 5-10°.

Its not like if you use your laptop for 4-5hrs you need to buy that. I use my laptop for 24-48 hrs continuously, still don't feel the need for cooling pad.

Whenever i use laptop i keep it on for 4-5hrs so i need to buy that?
If then suggest me one good cooling pad for my Samsung NP300E5Z-S08IN

You don't need a cooling pad mate. Just make sure the air vents are not being obstructed. That will take care of your cooling needs.
