1)They have only this p67 board DP67DE Intel® Desktop Board DP67DE - Overview. It is mATX mb will it be any problem? cost 7600 rs

2)As for gfx card sparkle gtx560 is 15500 and amd HD6950 was 15000(didnt mention any brand name).Which should i opt for?

3)And G.skill ram is costly here minimum quote i got was Rs 4500 for 4gb module.
any corsair alternatives?

4)And for psu only VX450 and CX600 were available so what I pick? both@4500 rs

eagle06, I really don't think that Corsair VX450 can handle the suggested system with the specs suggested over here. May be it can supply well when the system is on normal use or little stressed. But Hd 6950 or a little overclock will increase the power consumption dramatically.
VX450 is ok with HD 6870 but it may have problem with GTX 560 or HD 6950.
My suggestion is go for Tagan StoneRock 600W 80+ certified @ 4K

Totally True ...
IMO go for 6870 ... If u can save and shell out a litlle more then 6950 is here ...
Also.. get Corsair Gaming series PSU .. Gs 600 Will be Gud Enough for you ...

Gaming Series™ GS600 — 80 PLUS® Certified Power Supply

Plus the fan lights up !!!! Adds A little Bling 2 ur machine !!!

U`ll need a min of 600W neways if u buy 6950 ...

2)As for gfx card sparkle gtx560 is 15500 and amd HD6950 was 15000(didnt mention any brand name).Which should i opt for?

go 4 6950 IMO ... But It Doesn`t hav PhysX :( ...

Well, the Intel P67 board is very good also. Befor purchasing download some pics of the motherboard from net and check the layout properly. Ensure than putting a big card in the PCI Express X16 slot does not cover the SATA ports or touching the Ram slots. Also check if it is coming with the B3 revision.

The price of both the cards you've mentioned, are with vat or without vat? If it is with vat, then the price is ok, but if without, then little overpriced. Get the Sapphire HD 6950 1 GB, available within 15K. In stock speed, it performs better than GTX 560. But if you are a advanced user and will overclock heavily, then get GTX 560. But make sure than you are getting the factory Oced and Custom Cooler versions from MSI. Price is almost same as 15.5K

If G.skill is not available, go with Corsair. Price of 2 GB and 4 GB 1333 MHz value Rams from Corsair are 1K and 2K respectively in Kolkata. 1600 MHz XMS3 is available @ 2.5 to 2.6K

Avoid CX series PSUs. They are not built for Indian high temperature climate and only provide their quoted figures with 30 to 35 degree Celsius. Get the Tagan Stonerock 600W 80+ @ 4.1K. Check Tirupati.

eagle06, For your system, VX550 is enough. Even the 600W GS is also a good choice
