GTX 670 is huge overkill for 1440x900 resolution. It is meant for 1080p gaming. You can go for a full HD monitor in this budget with HD 7850. You'll only need to compromise on overclocking. If happy without overclocking, then this :
Intel DH67CL @ 5.2k
Intel core i5 2400 @ 11k
WD caviar blue 1 TB SATA III @ 5.2k
Corsair Value Select 2x4 GB DDR3 1333 Mhz @ 2.4k
Sapphire HD 7850 @ 16k
Seasonic S12II 520 @ 3.9k
NZXT Source Elite 210 @ 2.8k
Benq G2222HDL @ 7.8K
Total ~ 52k

He says he will get a monitor in future. So its better he buys a nice IVB config with a powerful GPU now which will enable him to play in 19x10 in future

CPU Intel i5 2500k@12500
Motherboard Asrock Extreme4 Z77 @10000
RAM G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB DDR3x2@3100
GPU Gigabyte HD 7850 OC@15400

Case Corsair Carbide 400R@4900
PSU SeaSonic S12 II 520@3900
Total=54900

Alternatively you can drop carbide 400r for NZXT 210 Elite and with the remaining money and buy an after market cooler like CM hyper 212 evo.

1TB hdd makes the total budget exceed 55k.For 1TB HDD extend a bit more or else replace the Corsair 400R cabinet in 2nd config by nzxt source 210 elite(2.4k).

If you opt for gtx 670 either you have to increase your budget or cut down on processor.HD7870 in the first rig is good enough for full hd gaming.

BMG ftw!!
My Suggestion:

Intel i5-2500K @12.5K
Asus P8Z77-M PRO @10.4K
G.Skill RipjawsX 1600MHz 4GB DDR3 (x2) @3.2K
Sapphire HD7850 @15.4K
WD Caviar Blue 500GB @4K
Asus DVD Writer Black @1K
NZXT Source 210 @2.4K
Corsair GS600 @4.2K
Logitech MK200 @0.7K
Logitech Z110 @1.4K

Total: 55.2K

If you are interested in serious overclocking (which is not needed anywhere) You should buy:
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO @2.1K

If you want to save your money, then buy
Asus P8Z68-M PRO @9.7K if it is still available at your place.
In that process you will save 700/- and thereby decreasing your expenditure under 55K mark. ;)

Utkarsh Sharma, do care to mention which Ram you are referring like the model and brand name, speed etc. 4GB @ 1K is pretty dumb suggestion.

Intel k series will be better than AMD right now.

The Sniper M1 is not availible in India. :|

I would suggest you get some fans and Gaming Mouse and keyboard.
or
Get AsRock Extreme 4 if you are getting a "k" series. We can suggest even more options.

BMG ftw!!
@OP: As I've suggested already in several threads before, Avoid z77 extreme4.
You will get good boards from Gigabyte or Asus @~10K.
