Need to get a cheap graphics card faster than HD7480D

My main requirement is dual monitors to be connected via VGA
I understand these days we can get almost all cards with dual DVI and that's okay I need the card to be fanless.

I have something like this in mind Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card - Galaxy: Flipkart.com

but I don't really know the performance of this.

Nvidia is preferred but AMD will also do.
Budget 5k +-500

HD 6670 1GB DDR5 for 5.5k
Its a DDR5 card and is faster than DDR3s.

Actually Flipkart has gone premium nowadays.

Good to buy from other sites(reputed + reliable),better to purchase from ebay(*Top rated sellers) ,best of all if purchased locally from stores(dealer/distributor/...).
