Need suggestions for the following purposes.

This is my first post here..
I expect a lot of help from you guys. .
Here are my requirements:
1. Casual Gaming. Will be stressing on the Legendary CS 1.6, and CS GO, and Diablo 3 and Most wanted 2012...
2. Good battery life with dongle as well as wifi.
3. Good keyboard for coding purposes.. ( YES, I AM ALSO ONE OF THOSE ENGINEERS )
4. Medium hard disk space.

BUDGET- 38000/- , bahut paapad bel kar joday hai yaar. .. ( I WILL BE GETTING AN OFFICIAL LAPTOP FROM MOM DAD AFTER 2 YEARS, YE MAI ABHI LE RAHA HU TIME PASS )

I can get this for 37k from delhi and @ 38500 FROM CHANDIGARH- ASUS K53SM. ( I5 WAALA ) .
It has a GT630M GPU, will it run bf3, black ops 2, most wanted 2012 smoothly?

ANy other choice ? any suggestion in same budget..?

There are much better options than that Asus one now in the market.
If you can increase your budget a lil bit then get a dell Insprion 15R for around 42-43k
