thanks Cilus for showing interest in this thread and giving prompt replies...It can play all the current generation games in 1366X768 resolution. games like COD, FIFA 2011 etc will run fluently with higher settings. But more demanding games like Crysis Warhead, Mafia 2, GTA5 will run with lower details...but still playable. Basically for a game parlor it is capable enough.
Here is by suggestion:-
Athlon II X2 250 @ 2.7K
Gigabyte M68MT-S2 @ 2.3K
Dynet 2 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 0.8K
Seagate 500 GB @ 2.6K
BenQ 16" LED Display @ 4K
Mouse & Keyboard @ 0.4K
Asus GT 520 1 GB GDDR3 @ 3K
Cabinet @ 0.7K
600W Generic SMPS @ 0.5K
LG 22X SATA DVD Writer @ 0.8K
Total 17.8K. If you buy in bulk then I think you can get in far cheaper price.
For 18K, get a AThlon II X3 processor @ 1K extra budget.
