Need suggestion for GFX card, PSU and CPU cooler

I have Rs. 10k to spend. I already have:

DG31PR Mo-bo
Core 2 E4600
320GB HDD 7200 rpm
1GB x 2 DDR2

and I need a GFX card, PSU and CPU cooler within Rs. 10k - 11k . I will also upgrade my system again during the next month. So, please suggest.

Corsair HX620W @ 6.2k
MSI HD4870 512MB GDDR5 @ 12k

Buy the rest next month.

If u can't shell out 18k, leave it. But the hardware after a month, but these are a must, otherwise a quad core doesn't make sense at all.

Can those intel board have stable OC in the first place? If not then doesnt make sense using an aftermarket cooler. Makes sense to use a better thermal paste though. As for others- you csn go for cm 460 extreme plus and ati 4830 for non OC system.

a CM EP500W in 2.8k
a plane jane Scythe 3610KL-04W-B29-F51 fan for 700bucks.

If you cant spend this much then...
Palit 9600GT 512MB GDDR3 for 5.6k
CM EP 500W in 2.8k
Scythe 3610KL-04W-B29-F51 for 700bucks

The Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer is for hardcore OCing and I doubt if you can OC an E4600 much.
