Looks like Graphics driver problem try updating drivers.

Look here , I am currently using the 320.49 Drivers from nvidia. It's highly controversial in respect to stability but some say that it's bug free completely.
However , I reverted back to 314.xx post a clean-install.

If it's a driver issue , all I can see is a Fresh Windows intallation now. :(

try suing Driver Sweeper aka Driver Fusion first. Remove every bits and pieces of graphic drivers software and registry value using this from safe mode and then re-install old driver.

if not good with registry then use revo uninstaller and when uninstalling read screens before clicking next or delete.

I tried this thrice , and seems like the BSODs haven't been since a while after last sweep. Currently on 314.xx nvidia driver. I think it must have been traces of 320.xx driver causing trouble.
Anyways , seems like the problem has been resolved.
Thanks everyone for your help.
