need help on cabinet and suggestions on rig

hi digitians,
i live in lucknow and i have decided following rig to buy. my basic purpose is gaming.
any better suggestions are welcome.
my budget is 70k
my rig is as followed-

INTEL DH67VR / DH67BL B3
2X ZION / CORSAIR 2GB DDR3 1333 MHz

ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 550 Ti 1GB AMP!

ZEBRONICS / iBALL 600W PSU

XBOX 360 SLIM 4 GB w/o KINECT

please help me on cabinet...
i have selected these cabinets.

1.CIRCLE VOLCANO
2.NZXT GUARDIAN 921RB
3.iBALL RIDER

my budget is 4k and i can extend it 200 bucks more.

my problem starts here..
my first choice is circle volcano but it isn't available in local market as well as not available on net to buy. .
f CIRCLE VOLCANO is available online i would like to buy it.

although if this isn't available i have to go for NZXT or iBALL.
NZXT isnt availiable in local market so ihave to buy from itdepot or primeabgb.

please advise me which one should i go for NZXT or iBALL as they both hhave the same pricing.

Go with:
1. Intel DH67VR-B3 at 4.5k
2. Corsair 4GB DDR3 at 1.2k

3. Instead of GTX-550Ti at 8k save some more and go for HD 6850 at 9k

4. Go with DELL/SAMSUNG monitors. LG are not that good at all.

5. Dont get iBALL 600W PSU. It costs 3k AFAIK so better get Corsair CX-500v2 at 3k else get the FSP SAGAII 500W at 2.1k

6. At 4k go with NZXT Guardian. The iBALL rider though looks good but is no compare to NZXT, be it build quality or be it design. The Guardian looks much cooler than Rider.

7. Yes, you can use 1600MHz RAM with H67 boards but it wil downgrade to 1333MHz. So, its better to save those extra bucks and to go with Corsair Value RAM 4GB DDR3 at 1.2k.

Please change PSU from Zebronic / Iball to Corsair.

I Had Sprinter 700, I was never satisfied with this PSU.

I will never recommend you those Zebronics / IBall PSU.

I have prepared a rig myself, go with that, and you may upgrade your monitor or GPU to 6970 to do justice to you 70K... Link
