Need help in Assembling Budge PC for General purpose (~20 k)

I want to build a desktop computer with monitor. I can spend around ~25k.

Can you people suggest any thing for this requirement?

I will be using for music, vmware(For installing Linux) and movies.

(For a little more, you can try and squeeze in a UPS or a 22" 1080p LCD monitor)
