Friends !

Need help with Flashing a custom ROM for Galaxy 3 , i5801. I am struck at finding the Custom Recovery Image. I have followed this so far:

1. Rooted the device using SuperOne Click.
2. Installed ROM manager.
3. Downloaded the Kyrillos v 9.2 image for galaxy 3.

Now i need to download the Custom Recovery Image (CRI), but not able to identify which one. When I use the ROM manager for installing CRI, it doesn't list Galaxy 3, if i use the phone model as Galaxy 5, it got struck.

Please help.
I am using this guide for flashing.

You can just flash a custom ROM using Odin. That's the easiest way, and then you can load subsequent ROMs using Multiboot. I am also a G3 user - dualbooting Kyrillos 9.3 and CyanogenMod 7.1

For backup and recovery, use Titanium.

The steps are:

1. Download Odin for Apollo, and run it.
2. Switch off phone and boot into download mode (home button + volume decrease + power button)
3. Choose single package option, and load the tarball and ops files into the respective fields.
4. Start.

It'll take upto 20 minutes to reboot, and your phone will be pre rooted in most custom ROMs.
