need gpu under 3000 /-

Right off the assembly line
i need a gpu for playing latest games like assassin creed fifa 14 etc. plz suggest a graphic card under 3000
and my system config is

intel g33 motherboard
intel core2duo e7400 cpu
2 gb of ram
320 gb hdd

plz help me:-?

I strongly suggest not wasting your money on these HTPC cards expecting any gamin performance. I did the same mistake which now I regret. Sub-5k cards are made for HTPC instead of gaming. I'll strongly suggest to save some more cash and get a decent gaming card rather than wasting your cash.

get a second hand 5670 or 6670 . Read their reviews before buying, so that you have realistic expectations.. else I also agree with harshilsharma's suggestion

What GPU do you have?

None. I got i3 2100 and Nvidia 8400GS as recommended by the shopkeeper. I later discovered that 2100's IGP is much faster tha overclocked 8400GS.

R7 240 or 250 is the minimum you should get. 240 costs 5.1k and 250 costs 6k. Trust me on this, you may feel tempted to just get a card right now but that will be a completely wrong decision. You can also get a used HD7770 for ~5k which will be even better.
