Here is my suggestion

Processor: Intel Core i5 2600k @16K
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 @11.5K or ASUS P8Z68 V PRO @ 13.5K
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL @2.6K
Graphic Card: Sapphire HD 6950 2 GB @ 15K
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200.12 @ 2.7K
DVD Writer: LG 22X SATA DVD @ 0.9K
PSU: Corsair TX750 V2 @ 6.3K
Case: Lian Li Lancool K58W @ 4.3K
Monitor: Benq G2220HD @7.2K
Mouse and Keyboard: Razer Cyclosa Gaming Bundle@ 2K
Mouse Pad: Razer Goliathus Small @ 0.4K
UPS: APC 1.1KVA @ 4.3K
Speaker: Altec Lansing VS2621 @ 1.6K

Total 76.8K considering the Asus motherboard. Price can be reduced by going for a 2500K processor @ 10.8K. For gaming there won't be no such performance difference and same thing for mormal day to day application unless you are planning to work in very heavily multi threaded environment.

If you can wait for a month, AMD bulldozer processors are likely to be available in India by then.

+1 to Cilus config , but looking at what u wish for , here is my suggestion .. ( i have a similar thread out here, buying in 2 days )

i7 2600k - 15800/-
Asus P8Z68 V pro - 13500/-
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL @2.6K
Graphic Card: Sapphire HD 6950 2 GB @ 15K
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200.12 @ 2.7K
DVD Writer: LG 22X SATA DVD @ 0.9K
PSU: Corsair TX750 V2 @ 6.3K
Case: U can go for CM Elite 430 if u dont plan crossfire later - 2400/-
or CM 690 Advanced - 5500/- ( I am going for this )
Monitor: Benq G2220HD @7.2K
Mouse and Keyboard: Get Simple Multimedia Kb And a good laser mouse - 1K
Speaker: Logitech Z313 @ 1.5K

Total : Thar rounds upto 72K without the UPS. i am not getting a UPS so i did not research on this. 72K includes CM690 Advanced II , if u get Lian Li or Elite 430 u save 2-3K more. but i would say go for CM 690 !!

EDIT:
For the processor , If u main aim is gaming.. go for i5 , u wont get much of difference in i7 , but if u wanna do multitasking and work around on big applications , go for i7 ,
and 4Gb ddr3 is enough for now , u can add up more later !!

Any reason not going for Half 912 adv... at same price range with USB 3.0 in front ? or NZXT temptest evo which comes with 6 fans installed ?

And about the monitor I like the one that Jaskanwar Singh reviwed (Dell ST2220L)...
Is Dell st2320l = Dell st2220l (by means of connectivity and specs,.)...

Also pls comment on these...& confirm the prices...
Ram : G skill RipjawsX (4gb X 2) F3-12800CL8D
Keyboard : TVS Gold
Mouse : Logitech M100
UPS : APC 1.1kva need more information about this one !

Half 912 , i personally did nt like d looks.
temptest cn be considered, itz ma second choice.. Its a lil noisy coz of 6 fans plus i guess placing d hdd on metal is a bad idea..
moreover if u google temptest vs cm690ii
both hav nice positive reviews, bt 690 has some xfactor and that is y everyone recommends !!
