need an extension wire for HD audio

i have one situation,,,m unable to connect audio ports on cabinet's fronts to the port given on mobo.. the wire is little short..
from where i can purchase the extension of port like this given in pic..

i think on mobo AC97 port is lil out of range..

are there any extension for such wire?
