    RAM:Transcend.Look for 800MHz.
Display:Acer or Benq or Dell between 6-7.5k
HDD:WD or Hitachi or Seagate. Choice is yours.320 around 2.5k 500 between 3.5-4.5
nVidia quadro will not fit in your budget.go for ATI 4850

    CPU:
    AMD Phenom X4 810 BE 2.6GHz 6MB AM3
    AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad-Core 2.3GHz 4MB
    AMD Phenom X4 9950 Quad-Core Black ED
    Price Range between 7-9k

    Intel Quad Core Q8400 2.66 GHz Q8400
    Intel Quad Core Q8400 2.66 GHz Q9400
    Price Range 9-11k

Prices can vary from where you buy and these are somewhat dated prices. You can get these for less price.

40k for Animation Rig is very pitiful.

    Phenom 9550 B.E
    Compatible Gigabyte 780G/ASUS 780G Mobo

    or

    Intel Q8200
    MSI P45-Neo F

    Transcend 2x2GB 800MHz RAM
    Palit GTX260 SP216 @ 11.5k / Palit GTS250 @ 7.5k
    Samsung 19"/LG 19"/Viewsonic 19"
    Zebronics Reaper Cabinet
    CoolerMaster EP 600W

Ask the price of above mentioned products to your dealer and sum it up and check it with your total budget.

    I’d suggest a 790FX based AM3 MoBo with the 4890 and AMD Phenom II X3 720BE (overclockable & 4th core unlockable) with 4GB DDR3 RAM.

For Animation and 3d, more cores are always better !!! And as stated above, u have 12.5k budget for mobo and proccy. In tht budget u can easily get a Tri-Core or Quad Core (if u go by my offer) which will be far faar better than ur combo.

Secondly, U have listed a Cabby worth 1.4 k and no SMPS separately , so i am assuming that u will be using the stock SMPS tht will come with the Cabinet. Thats a problem coz u will need a much better SMPS to run GTS 250. U will need atleast A Gigabyte Superb 460W PSU (around 2.5k) to run that Card.

Do consider my offer Bro...it will do a lot good to ur config.

scr3w the offer bro, but dont go for local cabby and E7400.

If not for Tri core than Go for this config :

    AMD Phenom X2 550 -5.5 k

    Biostar TA790GXBE -- 4.7k

Zebronics Bijli cabinet (without PSU) - 1k

Gigabyte Superb OR Corsair VX400 SMPS --2.5/3k

get AMD phenom II X2 550BE, and not C2D E7500

    for boards
    Jetway Hummer HA07-LF 790GX @ 6.2k
    MSI 770-C35 @ 4.8k
    Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H 780G @ 4.7k
MSI board is AM3 board so u can go for it, if want DDR3
rest of your choices are good.

for PSU u may consider Zebronics 550W Pro @ 3k

which 22" u r getting in 8K, anyhow if true then quiet nice deal
for UPS, I will say get a 800VA UPS, anything less will be bad, as will cras up getting overloaded.

if thinking of future upgrade then the AM3 board is nice option
