Cool, Am also interested in Asus K43SA-VX040D, which is priced at a competitive rate. But I couldn't find any review on this model in web.
Also flipkart says, this model doesn't have a HDMI port. When I went to Asus India website to confirm this, I was shocked to see that site doesn't have the K43SA series at all.
I feel that Indian market is overloaded with 15" laptops while there are fewer 14' models with good graphics card. To augment this, HP has discontinued its premium series of notebooks [DV4] in the 14' category in India.

Asus K43SA-VX040D,I have got hands on this master piece and it has a very good build quality and awesome specs but I don't know whether it has a HDMI port or not.
And HP DV4 series was a crap,many friends have a DV4 laptop and seriously they have a lop of problem

Issues with DV4 laptops:
-Severe Heat Sinking issues in all the laptops.
-One of my friends laptop's touch pad stopped working.
-Issues with battery back up,the battery went dead after 1.5yrs
-And last but not the least Heavily priced.
And there are many more.

Now I decided to buy Asus K53SV-SX520D, which is retailing for Rs.38,682 at flipkart. I had to go to 15" segment, since Asus K43SA (14" screen) is not available in my regional retailers.
I hope K53SV is one of the best in 40k segment. If anyone already own it, please share some cons of it. Am planning to buy this week.
