Any info about a decent T.V Tuner Card ??

For cheap TV tuner card, get a Aver Tv Super 009 (M733). It has functionality of a Tv tuner card and having FM also. It can record in MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4 and H264 format. Price is 1.1k

why lucky? Green is slower than Blue. PC feels a bit slow when browsing files
