1st of all you don't need that much of money for Printer, TV tuner card and Wireless Router. 8k will be sufficient for it.
And the components you are selected are not balanced at all. HD 5750 is not a performance card. Gor for the AMD Phenom II based rig. They will be cheaper and more can be invested on Gfx card. Performance will be almost same for both.
Here goes the AMD based suggestion for you.
CPU: AMD Phenom II 955 BE @ 7.7k
MOBO:
MSI 785GN-E65 @ 5.6k
RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600MHz C9 Titanium @ 5.8k
HDD: SeaGate 1 TB HDD @ 3.9k
PSU: GlacialPower 650W AA @ 4.6k
Cabinet:
Zebronics Antibiotic @ 2.5k
Monitor:
BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 8k
Gfx Card: MSI HD5850 OC 1GB GDDR5 @ 16.5k
Keyboard/Mouse/DVD Writer: 2k
TV Tuner: Avermedia Super 007 @ 1.6k
Router:
D link Wireless router @ 1.9k
MFD (printer/Scanner combo): 5k (very good)

Total is around 65.1k including ur TV Tuner, Wireless Router and printer

Hi buddy

For your budget stick with core i5 cpu especially the i5 750.
Its a beast and more future proof than 9 series amd cpu's.

Fit that cpu with a msi or gigabyte p55 board and overclock it and see it demolish all benchmarks.Though the cost will be more around 4k compared to the amd rig but its worth it.

The power draw of i5 is even lesser than amd 955 or 965be cpu's so less electricity bills in the long run and it even performs faster.

As for the gfx card is concerned go for VTX3D HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k.

Seriously no point in buying 955 or 965 cpu's skipping the i5 especially at a budget greater than 60k.
