My mama got a iPOD nano from Dubai. It was packed in the original box, looked original, carried no warranty, but was fake. It has fm radio, phonebook, video, games and what not. And at 1/5 the price (Rs. 1700 only) , its bang for the buck (joking):D

So my suggestion is to see, feel and try it. It should not only look like original N95 but should also have symbian OS installed and not any cheap chinese chintu OS. Get a N95 from any of your friends, keep it for a day or two, just make sure you know everything about the phone and then go and see the similarities/differences in the phone. Then buy it.
