My PC will start after 2nd time press reset button

I don't know when and why this problem i faced. I just plugin my graphic card to PCI-E slot than afterward when i poweron the CPU one beep was hear but nothing shows on monitor when i again press reset button one beep hear than it shows the Asus motherboard name display.

Anyhelp why the PC always on while pressing reset button twice. ?

^^ You do know you are giving a vague idea about your issue. Please make it a habit to post put out an issue in specific and mention your hardware configuration on the first post itself. A person who claims to bee a software distributor should know this better .

Sorry mate. Here is my hardware config

Motherboard - Asus P5GC-MX
CPU - Intel Dual Core 2.8GHz
RAM - 1 GB DDR2 (Purchasing soon 2 GB Extra)
Graphic Card - Asus nVidia 8400gs
