open the cabinet and see if there are any signs of any component being burnt.
Try to run your computer with a different SMPS

Smell ur cabinet if something is fried!

Check if power is coming to Motherboard and since u have 5 PC, then change the PSU and see it problem remains!

Dude people in the world owns only one PC( including me) but u have "FIVE"!!!!

U can do so much by yourself!
Just do it!

Sure i am not sure :p
Can be mobo capacitor syndrome, can be psu, can be processor, can be ram, can be bios, can be nb, can be faulty wires.
I just happen to have suffered a similar fate with a dead proccie :D.

I don't know much much but when I had experienced such thing, the culprit was a internal TV tuner card. Just try removing all the addon-cards(if any) and try.

Also, there may be some dust issues in RAM. Try cleaning the slots. And since you have many RAMs, try if one from another system works!
