Component Make Price
CPU Pentium G620 3340
Motherboard Intel DH67CL 5640
RAM G.Skill Value 4GB 1150
Case NZXT Source 210 Elite 2400
UPS Numeric 600VA 1800
Total 14330

The board doesn't have an internal USB 3.0 header, but the case has front USB 3.0, so if you plan to get a better board later it'll be useful. Or else get a generic case to save some bucks and get a low cost GPU.

^^You're asking too much for this budget buddy. Can't you compromise with the USB 3.0 back port? Or else increase your budget.

The go for a generic case and add AMD Radeon HD 5450. It's enough for HD content playback.

Check the number of SATA ports in DH67VR and you'll know why its so cheap.

MSI H67MA-E35 is a great VFM board for that price (Rs.4664). But its out of stock in Flipkart.

I don't know why people buy HD 5450 with Intel Sandybridge processors. All they can do with it is to play HD movies but that can be easily handled by HD 2000 IGP of G620. Now, with HD 5450, game playing experience: in a single word: NULL.

Better save money and get a decent card after 1/2 months like HD 5670 GDDR5.
