I recharged yesterday for 1298/- (Unlimited, FUP @ 15GB @ 3.1Mbps after which 144Kbps)

I have been pulling my hair since yesterday, I feel like torture browsing on this ISP!?

Anyone experience the same thing?

Try this.

Open the MBLAZE GUI from your desktop. Plug in the modem & wait for it to detect.

Now look at the Left Below Corner "1X" or "Hybrid" or "Broadband".

If you have selected 1x then the speed won't go beyond 128KBps.

Hybrid : i'm not sure.

broadband : Should be available based on the network reach.

If the signal strength is poor, then all the best or raise a online ticket.

Hybrid, I use the laptop on the same spot I used to.
The signal strength is the same it used to be, all that has changed is the speed.
Even Google takes 5-8 seconds to open, which makes me throw the Laptop, not literally tho!

Try changing it to Broadband Mode from the settings.

Chat with CC on MTSwebsiteforever (IIRC), the page that opens when you connect. I got my problem resolved but still stuck at 512-1024Kbps.
